Evolving to the full potential
A way to make our cards stronger is to evolve them. Evolving is a process of  taking 2 cards of the same name and merge them in a new card. Most cards can be evolved 3 times while some special cards can not be evolved at all. When evolved 3 times the card raises a rarity level and gains a new name.

When we have  decided to evolve a card we should consider the following things:

• Both of the cards will carry over 5% of their stats and give it to the next evolution. When the card is fully leveled, the card will carry over 10% of it’s stats during enhancement.
• To gain the best possible outcome we must only use fully leveled cards. A card is fully leveled when the maturity is “MAX”.
• To get the best possible version of a card you need 8 cards of the same name and mature all cards in every step!:

Evolve “card” with “card” 4 times
Evolve “card+” with “card+ 2 times
Evolve “card++” with “card++”

This will give you the best possible version of the card available.

Enhancing Cards

The enhancing cost per material card increases by for each level of the base card.To minimize cost, enhance with as many material cards as possible at one time. A general rule of thumb is farm for normal cards in Area 2, evolve them, and use them as materials to enhance cards.Also, when trading with other players it is more convenient to trade evolved feeders because of the 9 card limit per trade.

There is an occasional, roughly 1 in 5, chance of the text “Excellent Enhancement” appearing when a card is enhanced. When this occurs, the experience gained is increased by 50% of the regular amount.

Different Rarities have different level caps.

When a card reach is fully evolved, it’s rarity will step up, granting it a higher level cap for enhancing.

Card Skill Enhancing

Card skills do not increase when evolved, it’s only raised by percentage when you enhance it with another card with card skills. This percentage depends on the rarity of the material card.

As per the in-game guide, there are cards with a hidden 5th evolution. One of those cards is the legend card: Bahamut.
